Jim Beam Baby Back Ribs1 Rack Baby Back Ribs, approx 3 lbs 12oz. Jim Beam Marinade 4oz. Jim Beam Steak Sauce *Add a few sticks of Hickory to the fire 1. Combine Marinade and Steak Sauce. Marinate Ribs in fridge for at least one hour. 2. Prepare fire - Once coals begin to grey, add hickory wood. Gas grills, put the wood on the flame side once grill is hot. Make sure coals are either not directly under the meat or the grate is at least 8 in. above the coals. 3. Cook approx 1hour and a half, turning ribs every 15-20 min and baste with left over marinade every turn.
